Want to put your teaching skills to the test? Live in Villa Soleada and teach English during summer
camp at our elementary school. Work with motivated, hilarious and awesome kids from five different
villages and our children’s home.
June 26th - July 30th , 2013
*For flights, arrive on the first day of the trip and depart on the last date of the trip
The first week includes orientation activities, opportunities to get to know students and families, and significant time for
planning camp activities. Camp runs Monday to Friday during the final 4 weeks.
*There is an application process to participate in this program. Spots are limited on a first come, first serve basis
Ability to live in remote village with limit access to electricity, running water, and air conditioning.
Ability to work with children under stressful conditions
Although not a requirement, we encourage volunteers to go on a service trip with us prior to volunteering with us
for one month.
Intermediate to advanced level Spanish.
*Once accepted you will pay a non-refundable deposit of $300 to secure your spot. Your remaining balance is due 1
month before your arrival.
